Our office is over in Phase 1, Mohali, at 407. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the busier parts of the city. We’ve been operating from here for a good amount of time. Management consulting sounds like a big term, but really we just help people figure out their business problems. It might be about hiring or how to organize things better. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of people. It’s just us in the office most days, answering phones and looking at spreadsheets. The walk up to the office is pretty familiar to everyone who visits. We drink a lot of tea while we work. People come in with questions about their companies, and we sit down and talk it through. It’s not always easy, but we try to be clear. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait to send emails, but that’s life. Mohali has changed a lot since we started, but we stayed in the same spot. We like being in Phase 1. It’s easy to find and the neighbors are alright. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day. If the door is open, someone is probably inside working on a report or taking a call. We don't have fancy leather chairs, just basic ones that get the job done for us and the visitors.
