The Job Ocean

The Job Ocean is located at number 1176 in Sector 18C of Chandigarh. If you know Chandigarh, you know the sectors are laid out pretty clearly, and 18C is a decent spot to be in. Our office is just a regular building where we handle recruitment and job placements. It’s not a very big place, just enough room for our small team to sit and work. We have phones ringing pretty often and there is usually someone coming in to drop off a CV or ask about an opening. We don't have any of that fancy modern office decor. It’s mostly just practical furniture, some computers, and a lot of paper. We spend our time looking through job listings and trying to match people with what is available. It can be a bit repetitive, but we stay busy. The area around 18C has its own vibe, with local shops and people going about their business. We just fit into that daily routine. Some mornings are slow, and we just sit and have our coffee while going through the mail. Other times, it feels like we can't keep up with all the calls. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do the work from our desks and try to stay organized. It’s a straightforward, no-nonsense kind of business. We’ve been in this Chandigarh location for a bit, and it works well for us.
