Teamlease Services Pvt Ltd. is located at 1052 in Sector 15 B, Chandigarh. It’s a nice area with wide streets and a bit more breathing room than some of the other cities. The office is tucked away in a spot that’s easy enough to find if you know the sector layout. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We deal with staffing and services, which means we talk to a lot of people every day. It’s not a glamorous job. We spend a lot of time on spreadsheets and making sure everyone’s details are correct. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during the summer months. We don't have a lot of art on the walls or anything. It’s just a workspace. We take our lunch breaks together sometimes, sitting around the main table and talking about whatever is on the news. People come in looking for work or to sign papers, and we just handle it without much fuss. We try to be organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up and the desk gets a bit messy. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just here to help people get through the hiring process and make sure the administrative side of things is taken care of properly. It’s steady work and we are glad to have a spot in such a well-planned part of the city. We shut the lights off at six and do it all again tomorrow.
