Tamanna Cement Store is right on Madhya Marg, near 5th Cross on Lakshimi Road. We are pretty close to the Dara Studio, which is a big landmark for people around here. The store itself is usually a bit dusty because of all the cement bags we move in and out every day. It’s a hardworking kind of place. You won't find any air conditioning or fancy chairs here. We have a small desk where we keep the ledgers and handle the cash. Most of the space is taken up by the stock. Tamanna Cement has been serving the local builders and homeowners for a long time. We know who is building what in the neighborhood. The traffic on Madhya Marg can be a bit much during the rush hour, with trucks and cars everywhere, but we’re used to the noise. We don't have a fancy sales team. If you need cement, you come in, we tell you the price, and we load it up. It is very straightforward. Sometimes we run out of a certain type, and we just tell you to come back tomorrow. We don't try to sugarcoat things. It’s a family-run feel, even if it’s just a store. We drink a lot of tea and talk to the drivers who come by. It’s a basic business for basic needs. We’re just here to provide the materials for the buildings going up around us.
