Talent Tree Consulting(The Executive Tracks)

We are located at house number 253/14 on Ramma Street, right near the old Nangli Wali Kutia here in Khanna. It’s a busy part of Ludhiana but we’ve been here for a while now. Talent Tree Consulting, also known as The Executive Tracks, is basically just a few of us working out of this space to help local people find decent jobs. We deal with companies that need staff and people who need work, mostly in the executive side of things. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Usually, the day starts with a lot of phone calls and checking through piles of resumes that people drop off or send over. Some days are quite slow when the phones aren't ringing, and other days we can't even find time to get tea from the stall nearby. We try to keep things simple and just talk to folks like normal people. There isn't any big corporate talk here, just practical help for those looking for a career change or businesses needing a new hand. Dealing with the Ludhiana district market means meeting all sorts of characters. We know the area well and the people around here seem to trust us because we don't put on any acts. It is just a regular office on a regular street where we try to get things done without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been at this address for a bit and plan to stay.
