You’ll find Solitaire Pharmacia Pvt Ltd down on Madhya Marg in Phase 2 of the Transport Area. We’re tucked into the Industrial Area Phase II, which is a very busy part of town. There are always trucks moving in and out, so there is a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just the nature of being in the transport area. Our building is a solid, practical structure designed for moving goods. We have a big loading area because we handle a lot of bulk orders. Inside, the warehouse part is quite large and can get a bit chilly in the winter months. We wear sweaters and keep moving to stay warm. The office part is separate and a bit more climate-controlled. We spend the day looking at manifests and coordinating with drivers. It’s a lot of coordination. You have to be okay with a bit of grit and hard work to be out here. We don't have any fancy lobby or receptionist; you usually just walk in and find someone at a desk. We’ve been in this location for quite some time now and we know the other business owners on the block. We help each other out if a truck gets stuck or if someone needs to borrow a pallet jack. It’s a community of sorts, all of us just trying to get our products delivered and our work finished before the sun goes down.
