Solar Age

We are located at number 22 on the first floor of the Guru Teg Bahadur Complex. The easiest way to find Solar Age is to look for the HDFC Bank ATM in Sector-14 West; we are right above it. Being on the first floor is okay, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout if you’re carrying solar components up and down all day long. The Guru Teg Bahadur Complex is a busy spot and there is always someone coming or going. Our office is pretty simple. We have some desks, some solar panels leaning against the walls, and a lot of technical manuals stacked everywhere. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people walking around in suits. We are usually in jeans, talking about battery capacities or how much sun a certain roof gets during the winter. Solar Age started because we liked the idea of using the sun for power, and it just grew from there into a full-time job. It's a small team here. We know each other's coffee orders by heart now. Sector-14 is a decent area, not too far from everything but out of the absolute worst traffic of the main city. We spend our mornings checking on projects and our afternoons dealing with the paperwork that comes with solar installations. It’s busy work but it feels right. We don't have a big sign out front, just the name in the directory.
