Our office for Sika India Pvt Ltd is over at 675 Ff in Sector 11-B Chandigarh. Chandigarh is a very organized city, as everyone knows, and our little corner in Sector 11-B is no different. It’s a clean area with plenty of trees and wide roads. We are on the first floor, which is what that Ff in the address means. It’s a decent space, not too big and not too cramped. We start our morning by checking the mail and getting the coffee started. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We aren't the type of people who use big words or have long corporate meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be done. The neighbors in the building are mostly other small businesses, so we all kind of know each other's faces. It’s a good spot because it’s easy to get to from most parts of the city. Sometimes the parking gets a bit tight in the afternoons, but we manage. We’ve been in this sector for a while and we’ve seen the shops change hands and the trees grow taller. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay busy and helpful. We don’t make big claims about being the best. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get home on time. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s what works for us in Chandigarh.
