We are based at Plot No. 121 in Phase 7, right near the industrial area. It’s a place where there are a lot of factories and workshops. Kodexglobal has been in this spot for a while now. We focus on construction chemicals, which means there are always barrels and containers around the place. The floor is usually a bit stained from different liquids, but that's just the nature of the work. Our office is just a small partitioned area inside the main warehouse. It gets quite loud during the day because of the neighboring plants and the trucks moving around the industrial area. We don't have any fancy decorations. It is a very functional space. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the orders are ready to go out. Being in Phase 7 makes it easier for logistics, though the roads can be a bit rough in some patches. We are a small team, so everyone knows how to handle the different chemicals we store. We don't do a lot of fancy marketing or anything like that. People usually find us because they need something specific for their building project. It is honest work, mostly dealing with the technical details of how these products help in construction. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we do every day. The environment is practical and no-nonsense. We just keep our heads down and handle the logistics of moving products out to sites.
