Shyam Traders

Our place, Shyam Traders, is located at 1495/3 in Manimajra. It is a bit tucked away in the lanes, but people who live around this part of town know where to find us. We deal with various items, mostly things people need for their daily work or small home projects. The shop is usually full of boxes and wooden crates. It is not a very big space, so we have to stack things quite high to fit it all in. Sometimes it is a bit hard to find a specific item quickly, but we usually know which pile it is sitting in. We have been running this business for quite a few years. It is a family thing, really. We start our day early when the morning supply trucks arrive. There is a lot of lifting and moving involved in this job. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy with customers to get around to it. People come in with their lists, and we go through the back stock to see what is available. It is a lot of back and forth. The main desk is always covered in papers and old receipts. We do not have any fancy displays or bright signs. It is just a practical space where work gets done every day. Most of our regulars are neighbors we have known for a long time.
