Sharma Confectioner

We've been here in Sector 46 at Padmavai Nagar-II 66 for a while now. It's just a regular shop where we keep different kinds of sweets and snacks for the people living nearby. My family started Sharma Confectioner because there wasn't much around this part of the neighborhood back then. We open up early in the morning to get the fresh milk and bread in. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the evenings when kids come by after school for toffees or some biscuits. We try to keep things organized but on busy days, there are boxes everywhere. It’s a small place, nothing fancy at all. We just have the usual things you’d expect from a corner store. People come in to pick up birthday cakes or maybe just some namkeen for their tea. We know most of our customers by name since they’ve been coming here for years. It’s nice to see the same faces every day. We don't really do much advertising or anything, we just stay open and wait for whoever needs something. If we run out of something, we try to get it back in stock by the next day. The shelves are usually full of jars and packets. It's just a simple life running a shop like this. We don’t have a big team, just a couple of us helping out and making sure the floor is swept. That's pretty much what goes on here every day.
