You’ll find our building at 28/6 in Industrial Area Phase 2. We are situated near the Revenue Office, which is a landmark most people in this part of town know. Being in an industrial area means there is always something going on outside—trucks loading, people moving crates, and the general hum of machines nearby. Our space is a solid, functional one where we handle the various pharmaceutical tasks that fill our days. It’s not a quiet library environment; it is a working factory and office where everyone has a specific role to play. We deal with a lot of regulations and paperwork because that’s just the nature of the medicine business. The halls are often filled with the sound of fans and the smell of clean surfaces. We don’t really go in for much office politics or flashy meetings. Mostly, we just check the production lines and make sure the packaging is done correctly before anything leaves the gate. The local tea stall is where many of us end up during breaks to get away from the desks for a few minutes. It can get quite hot in the summer months, but the industrial cooling helps. We’ve been operating out of Phase 2 for a good while and the routine is pretty well established now. Each person knows what they are supposed to do, and we just get on with it.
