Sachdeva Business House

Sachdeva Business House is found at Plot No. 151 in the Industrial Area, Phase-II of Chandigarh. Chandigarh is known for being a very planned and tidy city, and the industrial areas follow that same logic, though they have their own rugged character. Our plot is a place where business actually happens, away from the parks and the wide boulevards of the residential sectors. We handle various trading and business activities from this location. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even though we deal with a lot of different clients and materials. The building is a bit older, with plenty of character and a few creaky doors, but it serves us perfectly fine. We aren't big on corporate formalities or wearing suits. If you walk in, you’re likely to find us busy with paperwork or checking on a shipment while drinking a glass of water. The weather in Chandigarh goes from one extreme to another, and we’ve spent many winters huddling near small heaters and summers trying to keep the fans going at full speed. It’s a steady life. We know the neighbors in the other plots and we’ve seen the phase change over the years as new businesses move in. We don't have a grand mission statement or a polished sales pitch. We just show up every morning to Plot 151, open the gates, and get through the day’s tasks as best as we can. It's just work.
