Our office for Sa Career Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is located at 477 in Phase IX, Mohali. If you are familiar with the area, we are tucked away right behind the big cricket stadium. It is a very lively part of town, especially when there is a match going on and the whole neighborhood fills up with fans and police. On regular days, though, it is just a normal street where we go about our business. We spend our time talking to people about their jobs and where they want to go next in their careers. The office itself is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders full of resumes and notes. We have been in Phase IX for a good while, so we have seen the area change and grow around the stadium over the years. It is a nice spot to be because it feels like you are in the middle of everything. We don't have any big corporate slogans or fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly, it is just us sitting across from people and trying to help them figure out their next move. The tea man comes around twice a day, and that is usually when we take a little break to talk about things other than work. It is a small team here, and we prefer it that way because it keeps things personal and simple for everyone who walks through our door. We just do our thing every day.
