Our office is at H.No. 3356 in Sector 19-D, right here in Chandigarh. It’s a quiet enough area, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on IT search stuff all day. Since we are part of the Quadrangle setup and linked with Naukri.com, we get a lot of people asking us about jobs, but we still feel like a local team. The house is where we set everything up, so it feels more like a home than those cold glass buildings you see in the bigger cities. We spend a lot of time on our computers, looking through profiles and trying to find the right people for tech roles. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We don't have any big slogans or anything. We just drink our coffee, talk to candidates, and try to make sense of the tech industry which seems to change every week. Chandigarh is a good place to be, and Sector 19-D is pretty central for us. We’ve got a small group here, and we know each other’s habits by now. It’s mostly just about putting in the hours and talking to people on the phone. We don't really do anything flashy, just the basic work of helping folks find where they belong in the IT world from our little spot in the city.
