Playway Smart School

We are over in Chandigarh, specifically in Sector 37A. It is a nice, organized part of the city, which is typical for Chandigarh. Our school is a place full of color and noise, mostly because of the young children who are here all day. The floors are often covered with building blocks or stray crayons, and we spend a good amount of time tidying up after the little ones. We have small chairs and tables that are just the right size for them, though they can be a bit tricky for us adults to sit on. There is a small outdoor area with a slide and some swings where the kids get to burn off their energy. The walls are decorated with drawings and paintings that the children have made, and some of them are quite messy but very creative. In the afternoons, things get a little quieter when it is time for a nap or some quiet play. We have a small kitchen area where we prepare simple snacks or warm up milk. The staff here is always on their feet, moving from one activity to the next. Sector 37A is a good spot because it is easy for parents to reach, and the streets are wide and lined with trees. It’s a simple, hardworking environment where we focus on looking after the kids and making sure they have a safe place to be while their parents are at work.
