People Factor Pvt India Ltd.

We've been running People Factor Pvt India Ltd out of our office in Phase 6, Mohali for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Punjab and things are always moving around here. Most days start with a lot of tea and then we get right into the piles of resumes on the desks. It isn't a fancy glass building or anything, just a practical space where we spend most of our waking hours. The phones ring pretty much constantly and sometimes it gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We handle a lot of different people coming through the door looking for things. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather is nice outside. We keep things pretty simple here. There aren't any big corporate speeches or long meetings about nothing. We just try to stay organized and get through the tasks we have for the day. Sometimes we stay late when there is too much to finish, and other times we head out early if things are quiet. It is mostly just us working through the lists and making sure the paperwork is sorted. Living and working in Mohali has its own pace, and we’ve grown used to the rhythm of this neighborhood over the years. It's just a regular office doing regular work, nothing more and nothing less than that.
