Patiala Confectionery

Patiala Confectionery is situated in the Industrial Area Phase II. To be exact, we are on the 11th Main, 4th Cross, over in the R P C Layout, 2nd stage. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s an industrial part of town, so things are laid out in grids. Being in an industrial area means we get a lot of workers and people from the nearby offices. It’s not a fancy shopping district with bright lights. It’s more about concrete and trucks and people getting things done. We fit right into that. We focus on our confectionery items, keeping the ovens going and the shelves stocked with whatever we’ve made that morning. The 11th Main can get pretty dusty with all the construction and vehicles, but we try to keep our little corner clean. It’s a practical place. We don’t have plush seating or expensive decor. We have what we need to make our goods and a counter to sell them from. Some days the delivery trucks block the 4th Cross and it's a bit of a mess, but we just deal with it. We’ve been in this part of R P C Layout for some time now. We just show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in Phase II. It’s a simple life.
