Our place is over at Markfed House in Sector 35-B. If you know Chandigarh, you know this sector gets pretty busy. We’re at Plot No. 4. Paramjit Poultry Fram Hatchery has its main office here, though most of the real action happens out at the farms. It’s a standard office setup. We spend a lot of time talking about chicks, feed prices, and delivery schedules. The building itself is older, but it’s sturdy and keeps us out of the sun. You can hear the city noise from the windows, but once we get into the logs and the hatchery reports, we don't notice it much. We have a lot of people coming in and out, mostly farmers or suppliers looking to settle accounts or check on their orders. It’s a lot of practical talk. No one here wears a suit unless they really have to. We’re more comfortable in regular clothes, just trying to keep the business moving. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit loud. We just deal with it one call at a time. The hatchery side is a 24/7 job, even if this office has set hours. We focus on the birds and making sure the hatch rates are where they should be. It’s simple work but it takes a lot of attention to detail every single day.
