Dr. Kehar Singh Stud And Agriculture Farm Private Limited is run out of House No. 83 in Sector-33 A here in Chandigarh. The company is named after Dr. Kehar Singh and we deal with both agriculture and the stud farm side of things. It’s a bit of a niche business compared to some of the other offices in this neighborhood. Most of our work involves managing the farm operations and keeping track of the animals and the crops we are involved with. Since we are a private limited company, there is always a fair amount of bookkeeping and official work that has to happen in this office. Sector-33 A is a nice part of town and it's usually quite peaceful which helps when we have to concentrate on the breeding records or the farm accounts. We don't have a massive team, just a few people who know the business well and have been doing this for a long time. The office is full of old folders and charts about agriculture. We spend our days mostly answering calls from the farm and making sure the supplies they need are ordered and delivered on time. It’s practical work and doesn’t involve much flair. We just try to make sure the legacy of the farm continues and that the daily operations at the agriculture site are supported by what we do here in the Chandigarh office. Every day is a little different depending on what the farm needs.
