Sector 51 B is where you’ll find us, specifically at 1533, India Enclave. It’s a bit more of a residential feel compared to the big markets or the industrial areas, which is nice because it’s a bit more peaceful during the day. Padilira Websolution Llp is mostly just a few of us working on websites and code for hours on end. The office is really just a place where we park ourselves in front of big monitors and try to solve problems. We aren't doing anything world-changing or revolutionary, just building stuff that works the way it's supposed to. Sometimes the code breaks for no reason and we spend three hours trying to find a single missing bracket or a typo. It can be pretty frustrating, to be honest, and there is a lot of sighing in the office. We have a small kitchen area where we spend way too much time debating what to order for dinner when we're stuck working late. India Enclave is a quiet neighborhood, so we try not to make too much noise when we leave at night and start our bikes. The winters here are great for working, but the summers make you never want to leave the office because of the cooling. We don't have any fancy titles or a corporate hierarchy to worry about. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it and starts working. It’s a very casual environment. Most of us wear jeans and t-shirts every single day. We just want to get the work done so we can go home.
