The desks are covered in notebooks, pens, and the occasional half-empty water bottle. We have a routine that doesn't change much. Most of us arrive around the same time and start by sorting out the emails. The Sector 40 B area is mostly residential and small businesses, so it feels grounded. It isn't like the high-pressure environments in the big IT parks. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for making coffee or tea when we need a break. Sometimes the internet acts up and we all have to take a five-minute break while it resets. The walls are painted a plain white and the floor is just standard tile. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders because we're mostly focused on getting the projects done. It’s a practical workspace for a team that has been working together for quite a while now. We just focus on the work and try to stay organized amid all the daily tasks.
