Om Pharma

Being based in Mohali means we are right in the middle of everything that’s happening in this part of Punjab. Om Pharma is a small operation, really. We spend our time managing orders and keeping the shelves stocked. The weather here gets quite hot in the summer, which makes working in the warehouse a bit of a chore, but we have some fans going. Mohali is a big place but most people in our circle know exactly where to find us. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby with a receptionist. It’s usually just one of us answering the phone and writing down orders on a pad. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait to update the records. We’ve seen the streets around us get paved and then dug up again for repairs over the years. Traffic can be a mess around the main intersections during rush hour. We usually start early in the morning before the sun gets too high. Our space is filled with files and boxes of various sizes. We don't do much marketing, we just deal with the people who come to us. It feels like a neighborhood business even though we handle a lot of volume. We are just regular people trying to do our jobs. Most days are pretty much the same, filled with logistics and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. It's a simple life here.
