We are based out of Sector-40/C in Chandigarh. The address is 2366/1, which is easy to find if you're familiar with this side of the city. We handle security guards and things like that. It’s a lot of scheduling and making sure people show up where they are supposed to be. The phone rings a lot, usually someone needs a replacement or there’s a question about a shift. We have a small office where we do the interviews and check the paperwork. It’s pretty basic inside. A couple of tables, some chairs for people waiting, and a lot of logbooks. Chandigarh is a planned city, so at least the streets are easy to navigate when we have to go out and check on sites. We’ve been operating for some time now. It’s not always easy managing so many different schedules across the city. Some days are quite stressful when the roster doesn't line up. We try our best to keep it together. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or by seeing the address. It’s just honest work. We sit here, manage the staff, and make sure the clients are okay. The winters here get cold, so we usually have a heater running under the desk. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning to night. Sometimes we stay late to finish the payroll for the month. It's a lot of counting and checking names.
