Naukriguru.Com is based out of Sector 23 B in Chandigarh, at house number 1602. If you know Chandigarh, you know the sectors are laid out pretty clearly, but sometimes people still get a bit turned around looking for the right block in this neighborhood. Our office is not a huge corporate space; it is just where we handle the day-to-day stuff and keep the website going. We spend a lot of time on our computers looking at job listings and trying to make sense of what different companies are looking for. Chandigarh is a nice city to work in, especially with all the trees and the way things are organized. We usually get in around nine and stay until the work is finished for the day. Sometimes that means staying late, but we don't mind much because the area is safe. The neighborhood in Sector 23 B is mostly families and other small businesses like ours. There is a market nearby where we grab lunch most days, usually some local food from one of the stalls. It is a lot of routine, really. We answer phones, reply to emails, and keep the information updated as much as we can. It is just a handful of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything from cleaning the desks to sorting the mail. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. It is just work, and we try to do it right from this little corner of the city.
