Modio Ventures Private Limited

Our place is over in Sector-15C at House Number 2138. We are on the first floor. It’s a pretty standard Chandigarh residential setup that we’ve converted for Modio Ventures Private Limited. Working from a house like this means we don’t have to deal with those big commercial elevators or crowded lobby areas. We just walk up the stairs and we are at work. The space is divided into a couple of rooms where we have our setups. It’s not a huge office, so we all know what everyone else is working on. Sector 15 is a nice area, quite green and established. Sometimes it’s hard to find a spot for a car right in front of the gate, so some of us end up parking a bit down the street. We’ve got a small balcony where someone usually goes to take a phone call or just get away from the screen for five minutes. The lighting isn't perfect, and the furniture is a mix of stuff we’ve picked up over time. It feels very real and unpretentious. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy slogans for us. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized. It’s a quiet life here on the first floor, and we prefer this quiet environment to the loud business districts.
