We are Mindmax Education Pvt. Ltd., and we operate out of Chandigarh. Since we are in the City Beautiful, we get to enjoy the wide roads and the trees that everyone talks about. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a place where we have our computers and some chairs for people to sit when they visit. We spend our days thinking about education and how to help students get where they want to go. It’s a lot of sitting and talking, really. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby area. Usually, there is some coffee brewing and someone is talking about a new project they are working on. Chandigarh is a good place for this kind of work because it stays pretty calm. We aren't a huge team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. Sometimes we go out for lunch at one of the local spots in the sector. The office can get a bit cluttered with papers and books, but we try to keep it decent for guests. We don’t have a specific mission statement on the wall; we just get to work when we arrive in the morning. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve been in Chandigarh for a while now and don't see ourselves moving anytime soon. It’s a comfortable spot for us to do our thing. We just focus on the education side of things and let the rest take care of itself.
