I E L T S Smartacts Pvt Ltd is over on Madhya Marg at 437/438. It’s a pretty central location. We have a couple of rooms where we set up our desks. It’s not a huge office building with a glass front. It’s more of a practical space for our daily work. We spend a lot of time on the computers here. Since we are on Madhya Marg, there’s a lot of activity outside all day long. We don't have a big team of sales people or anything. It's just a few of us handling the day-to-day tasks. We take our lunch breaks together sometimes when it isn't too busy. The space is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for what we need. We don't use much marketing jargon because we don't see the point. If people need our services, they come by the office and we talk to them. We try to stay organized with our files and paperwork, but sometimes things get a bit messy during the busy season. It’s a typical small business environment. We’ve been at this address for a bit and we know the other people in the building. It’s a steady pace of work. We aren't looking to expand into a giant corporation. We just like having a reliable place to work every morning. There’s usually someone here from nine until the evening. We just keep things simple and try to finish our work on time.
