We operate out of House No. 3877 in Sector 32-D. Chandigarh is known for its organized sectors, and we’ve been in this specific one for quite some time now. It’s a residential area mostly, so the office has a very homey and relaxed feel to it. We aren't in one of those tall glass buildings downtown. Instead, we have a converted space that works perfectly for our work at Mentors Consultants. There are trees all along the street and it’s usually quite peaceful during the afternoons. Inside, it’s just a normal office setup like any other. We have a few rooms where we meet people and discuss their various needs. The walls are mostly bare, except for a large calendar and a few notes we've pinned up. We like the quiet here because it helps us concentrate on the small details that matter. People often drop by for advice or just to drop off some documents they need us to look at. We’ve got a small area with a couple of chairs for them to sit. It’s nothing fancy, just some sturdy furniture and a water cooler in the corner. The staff here is small, only a few of us, and we all know each other’s coffee orders. Sometimes we sit out in the small garden area during our afternoon break if the weather isn't too hot. We don't use a lot of jargon or big words. We just talk to people plainly about what they need help with.
