The office for Mdc Pharmaceuticals is over at Plot Number 213 in Industrial Area Phase I. It’s a busy part of the city where a lot of different manufacturing happens. We have been here for a while now, and the building reflects that. It is a place built for work, with plenty of space for the equipment and the labs we need for pharmaceutical production. The atmosphere is usually quite focused. You’ll see people in white coats walking between rooms and a lot of logbooks sitting on the benches. We don't really have a lobby for visitors to lounge in; instead, the entrance leads right into the heart of the operation. Managing a pharma company in an industrial zone involves a lot of logistics. We have to coordinate the arrival of raw materials and the dispatch of finished goods, all while keeping the facility up to the necessary standards. The noise from the neighboring plots is a constant backdrop, but you stop noticing it after the first week. We have a small team in the office handling the accounts and the distribution side of things. It’s a lot of data entry and phone calls to suppliers. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure that the products we put out are handled carefully and that the staff has what they need to do their jobs without too much fuss.
