Our place is over at Scf 309 in the Manimajra Motor Market. We take up both the first and second floors. If you’ve ever been to the Motor Market, you know it’s a loud place with lots of mechanics and spare parts shops everywhere. There is always the sound of hammers or engines revving in the background. It’s a busy spot to work in, but we like the energy. We have our main office area on the first floor and use the second floor for more storage and quiet work. The stairs are narrow, so moving heavy crates up and down takes a bit of effort. Manimajra is a unique spot because it’s tucked right there near the border of Chandigarh. We get a lot of trucks coming through the market which makes parking a bit of a headache sometimes. We just have a basic setup with some old desks and filing cabinets that have seen better days. Every morning starts with a quick cleanup of the dust that blows in from the market outside. We don’t have a polished corporate look, just a functional workspace that fits our needs. The staff usually brings lunch from home and we eat together in the back. It’s a practical way to run a business. We focus on the daily tasks and try not to get too distracted by the noise outside our windows. We just get on with it.
