Karaninternational

We run Karaninternational out of House No 1929 in Sector-7C, Chandigarh. It’s a residential area, so it’s not like those big glass office buildings you see in the city center. We like it this way because it’s a bit more relaxed and we don't have to deal with the same level of noise. The house is where we handle all the international stuff, mostly dealing with paperwork, shipping details, and making sure everything is lined up right. It can be a lot of sitting at a desk and waiting for emails or phone calls from different time zones. Chandigarh is a nice place to work, especially in the cooler months, though the house can get a bit chilly in the winter. We don't have a team of secretaries or a big reception. It is just a few of us making sure the business stays on track. Sometimes the boxes pile up in the corner if a shipment is delayed, and the dining table often ends up covered in documents. It’s a bit messy at times, but we know where everything is. We don't do much in terms of marketing; we just rely on the contacts we've made over the years. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a commercial office. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized in our own way. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s ours and it works for what we do.
