Knox Life Sciences

Knox Life Sciences is over at Plot No. 421 in Industrial Area Phase 2. This part of the industrial area is always humming with some kind of activity. You can hear the sounds of heavy loading and the occasional shout from the neighbors across the way. Our plot is a decent size, and we try to keep the front area clear of clutter, though that is easier said than done when shipments are arriving. The building itself is a standard industrial design, nothing that would win an architecture prize but it stays cool enough in the summer. We spend a lot of our time in the back areas making sure everything is sorted out and ready for transport. The front office is where the phone rings and the paperwork gets piled up. We are not big on formalities here. If someone walks in, they usually just talk to whoever is closest to the door. We have a routine that we follow every day, starting with a quick check of the night shift’s notes and ending with a final sweep of the floor. It is a busy life, and the hours seem to fly by once we get started. Most of us eat lunch together at the back or go to the small stall down the road. It is just a regular place where people work hard and stay honest.
