Our facility is located over at Plot No. 194-195 in the Industrial Area Phase 2. It is a pretty standard industrial setting, with lots of big buildings and trucks moving around all day. This is where we handle the pharmaceutical side of things for Beximco Pharmaceuticals Plc. It is a large space because you need a lot of room for the equipment and the storage. Phase 2 is always busy, and there is a certain rhythm to the workday here that everyone follows. We start early in the morning and the activity does not really stop until late. It is a serious environment because making medicines requires a lot of attention to detail. We are not doing anything flashy; it is just steady work inside the plant. The building itself is quite plain, like most of the others in this industrial zone. We have got different sections for production and packaging. It is not the kind of place where you have a lot of walk-in visitors, as most of our business is about large-scale distribution. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so there is a good sense of community among the workers. We deal with a lot of logistics, making sure everything is labeled correctly and ready for shipping. It is a lot of walking across the warehouse floors. It gets hot in the summer months, but the work has to keep going. We just focus on getting the daily production targets met without any fuss.
