HRLSNY Consulting (OPC) Private Limited has its office on the second floor at 2755 in Sector 37C. Yes, we are also in Sector 37C, just a different building from some others. The name HRLSNY is a bit of a tongue twister, we admit that. We are an OPC, which means it is a bit more of a personal operation. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, though it is mostly just trees and other buildings. We have been in Chandigarh for a long time. This city has a way of being both busy and calm at the same time. Our office is just a place with a few desks and some files. We do not spend money on fancy things we do not need.
