Hrexcutive

Hrexcutive is a bit different because we don't really focus on a physical storefront. You can mostly find us through email, specifically looking for Nasir Ali. We use the Yahoo and Gmail addresses for everything. It started as a small idea to help with HR stuff and it just kind of stayed that way. We don't have a big office building in a city center with a sign on the roof. Most of the work happens on laptops from wherever we happen to be sitting that day. Nasir handles a lot of the communication. We deal with hiring and people stuff, which can be messy sometimes because people are complicated. We don't have a polished way of talking about it. We just try to find the right person for the right spot without making a huge production out of it. It’s a lot of reading through resumes and sending out messages. Sometimes the internet is slow or the emails go to spam, but we keep at it. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. It’s a small, personal operation. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos of people shaking hands. We just have our email accounts and a desire to get the work finished. It works for us. It’s not fancy, but it gets the job done.
