You can find H M Lal & Co over at 1211, Sector 50-B. We are a firm of chartered accountants working right here in Chandigarh. Our office is a simple place. We’ve got our desks, our files, and a lot of coffee to keep us going. We mostly deal with income tax and auditing for people in the local area. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We prefer to keep things casual but focused on the task at hand. There is always a lot of data entry to do. We spend hours checking numbers to make sure everything adds up correctly. People bring us their financial documents and we help them make sense of it all. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the tax forms and the online filing systems. Some days are slower than others, but during March, it gets really crowded in here. We’ve been in Sector 50-B for a while, so we know the neighborhood quite well. It’s a good spot for a small practice like ours. We don't spend money on fancy brochures or marketing stuff. We just focus on the accounts and let the work speak for itself.
