Guru Nanak Sweets & Dairy Products

Guru Nanak Sweets & Dairy Products is a spot in Sector 44, specifically at 392/393. We have two units side by side to fit everything. One side is mostly for the milk, curd, and paneer we get in. The other side is where we keep the sweets in the glass cases. It smells like sugar and fried dough most mornings when we start cooking. We make things fresh, so the kitchen stays busy. Sector 44 is a good place to be, and we have been at this address for years now. People come by in the morning for their milk and then again in the evening for something sweet after dinner. We have a few benches, but most people just take their stuff and go home. The floor is tiled because it is easier to wash down every night. Sometimes we run out of the best sweets before the day is over, especially during the festival times. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how to handle the dairy and the cooking. It is hard work and the hours are long, but we like being part of the neighborhood. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decorations. We just focus on making sure the milk is fresh and the sweets are ready for whoever walks in. It is a simple life for us here.
