Gobind Dairy And Sweet

We are over here in Gandhinagar at Sector 7, specifically on 17/22 Road. It's just a regular spot where we handle the dairy and sweets. Most days start early because the milk comes in and we have to get everything ready. It’s not a big fancy operation, just the usual stuff you’d expect at Gobind Dairy And Sweet. The floors get wet from cleaning and we spend a lot of time arranging the trays. People come by mostly from the neighborhood. Some stay for a bit, others just grab what they need and head back out to the main road. The weather gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going. It's a bit noisy sometimes with the traffic outside on 17/22 Road, but you get used to it after a while. We’ve been at this address for a bit now. There’s always something to do, like checking the fridge or wiping down the counters. We don't really have a big story to tell. It’s just us working here every day, making sure there is enough paneer and sweets for whoever walks in. Sometimes the delivery trucks are late and that messes up the schedule, but we manage. It’s just a local business life in Gandhinagar. Nothing more to it than that. We just open the shutters in the morning and close them at night. That’s the daily routine for us here.
