Fix My Wifi Ext is tucked away in Industrial Area Phase 2 in Chandigarh. It’s a bit of an odd spot for a tech-related business, as we are surrounded by workshops and manufacturing plants. Our office is small and usually cluttered with routers, extenders, and a lot of tangled ethernet cables. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees; it’s just a few of us who know our way around a wireless network. Most of the time, we are either on the phone helping someone get their internet back up or we are testing devices at the workbench. Chandigarh is a nice city, but Phase 2 is definitely the more industrial, gritty side of it. We don't have any flashy signs or a showroom. If you came to visit, you’d probably just see us sitting around a couple of old desks with multiple monitors going. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get busy when people have issues with their setups. We just try to get through the daily tickets and make sure we aren't missing any parts in our small storage area. The walls are a bit bare, and we usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things from being too quiet. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living, and we like the independence of being in our own little corner of the industrial area.
