D.B. Associates

Our place is located in the Industrial Area Phase-I at 28 Mw. Most people know the area because of the Verka Plant nearby. You can usually smell the milk if the wind is blowing the right way. D.B. Associates has been operating from this spot for quite a while. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s not exactly the prettiest neighborhood, but it’s where work gets done. We have a modest setup here. It’s mostly just us and our tools. We aren't interested in being a giant corporation. We prefer knowing our clients and having a real conversation. Sometimes the noise from the other units in the phase can get loud, but you get used to it. We deal with various things depending on what's needed. We've had the same sign out front for years. It’s a bit faded now, but people still find us. We don't use flashy ads or anything like that. Word of mouth has always been enough for us. It’s a practical way of doing business. We show up, do the work, and go home. There’s a certain satisfaction in finishing a job properly. We’ve seen the industrial area grow and change, with new shops opening and old ones closing. We’re still here though, right near the plant, doing what we know how to do.
