Cvm Services is located at 170 Kailash Hills in Delhi. This part of Delhi has a lot of ups and downs with the hills, and it’s a well-known spot. Our office is basically just a few rooms where we handle various service requests. It’s not a shiny corporate tower in Gurgaon; it’s a more established, older part of the city. We have a small team here. Every morning we fight the Delhi traffic to get to the desk. Once we’re here, it’s all about answering calls and managing the paperwork for our services. The office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and equipment scattered around. We don’t really worry about the decor. It’s more about being functional. We’ve got a tea guy who comes by twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or use the backup if it's working. It’s a very typical Delhi workspace. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We aren't trying to be some global giant. We just provide our services to the people who need them and try to keep up with the daily load. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We’ve been at number 170 for years now and it feels like a second home to the staff. We just keep things moving.
