Citc Foundation

We are tucked away in Sector 41B, specifically at House Number 1035/2. It’s a residential area, so it stays pretty quiet most of the time, which is nice for getting things done. We turned part of the house into an office space. It’s not a huge place, but it’s enough for what we do. Usually, the living room is where we meet people who come by. There’s always a laptop running and someone on the phone. We don't have a big sign outside or anything, just a small nameplate. It feels more like a community hub than a formal foundation. We spend a lot of time organizing training sessions and looking through applications. Sector 41B is a good spot because it’s easy for people to reach by bus or auto. We often have coffee together in the small kitchen in the back before we start the day's tasks. The neighbors are friendly, and we try not to make too much noise. It’s a very hands-on operation. If the printer breaks, one of us fixes it. If there’s a pile of mail, we all pitch in to sort it. We don't use fancy titles here; we just all do what needs to be done. It’s a practical way to work. We like being in a house because it makes the people who visit feel a bit more comfortable and less intimidated than they would in a big glass building. It just feels more personal this way.
