Our place is over at House No. 1504D/3 in Ranjit Nagar. If you know Kharar, you know it is becoming a really busy area lately. Since we operate out of a house, it does not feel like a cold corporate office building. We have just turned the rooms into workspaces with desks and chairs shoved wherever they fit. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try not to make too much noise during the day. Punjab summers are really hot, so we usually have the fans going full blast all the time. We have been working from here for a bit now, handling whatever tasks come through. It is mostly paperwork and making sure everything is coordinated over the phone. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights outside to show where we are. Sometimes people get lost trying to find this specific house number because the streets in Ranjit Nagar can be a bit confusing if you are not from here. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the stuff that needs to be finished by Friday. There is no dress code here, so we just wear whatever is comfortable for the heat. Our team is small and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. It gets a bit cramped when we are all in at once, but we make it work somehow. We just keep things moving along day by day.
