Gaziabad is a big, busy place, and that is exactly where we operate from. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we stay pretty occupied with all the technical equipment and tools we handle. The traffic in Gaziabad can be a real headache, so we spend a lot of our mornings just coordinating how to get things moved around the city. We are not into the whole corporate culture of long meetings and fancy titles. Most of us just wear regular clothes and get to work as soon as we arrive. The office is often full of paperwork and manuals for the different machines we deal with. It is a bit of a maze sometimes, with crates and boxes waiting to be shipped out to different customers. We don't spend money on big advertisements or polished brochures. Instead, we just rely on the fact that we have been in Gaziabad long enough that people know who we are. The air outside is always full of the sounds of the city—horns honking and people shouting—but once you are inside, it is just about the work at hand. We handle a lot of different high-tech items, but we talk about them in plain English so everyone knows what is going on. It is a busy, slightly messy, but honest way to spend the day in a city that never really seems to slow down. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the orders.
