Baskin Robbins

We are located right by the Mohali Byrathi Cross Bus Stand 324/325. It is a very busy spot because of all the people waiting for their buses. Baskin Robbins is easy to find if you are standing near the main gate. We have the freezers running all day and night to keep everything cold. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the generator, which is quite loud. Most of our customers are just people passing through who want something cold while they wait. We have the usual flavors sitting in the tubs. The floor gets a lot of footprints because of the dirt from the bus stand area outside. We sweep it a few times a day. It is mostly just the staff here behind the counter. We don't have much space for sitting, maybe just a couple of small stools against the wall. It gets really hot in the summer, so the air conditioning struggles a bit. We spend a lot of time scooping and cleaning the spoons. The noise from the buses outside is constant. You can hear the engines and the drivers shouting all day long. 324/325 is the shop number on the lease. We've been here for a while now. Some kids come in every day after school just to look at the pictures on the wall. We just keep the lights on and wait for the next rush.
