Balaji Building Material is located over in Zirakpur at the Dev Shopping Complex in Sector 22 C. If you know the shopping complex, we are tucked away in a spot that’s easy to get to once you’re inside the area. We have been supplying materials from this location for a good while. The space is often full of samples and stacks of different things people need for their projects. It’s not the cleanest office in the world because of all the dust that comes with building supplies, but we try to keep it decent. We don’t have a fancy showroom with bright lights and polished floors. It’s more of a working shop where you can come in and see what’s available. Most of the time, we are busy checking orders or talking to people about what they need for their homes or sites. Dev Shopping Complex is a good central point for us in Sector 22 C. We know a lot of the other shop owners around here. Balaji Building Material is just a local business trying to provide what people are looking for without a lot of extra talk. We don’t use big sales pitches. You just come in, tell us what you need, and we see if we have it or can get it for you. It’s a basic way of working, but it’s honest and it keeps us busy. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the path, but that's just life here. We usually close up when the sun goes down.
