It might seem a bit unusual to some people, but it works for us. We handle all our conversations and projects through that email address. It means we can be flexible and do not have to worry about paying rent for a big space in the city. We are usually checking the inbox throughout the day, responding to whatever comes in. It is just a simple way of staying in touch without all the overhead of a traditional office. Because we are digital, we end up working at odd hours sometimes, sitting at a kitchen table or in a small home office. We do not have a receptionist or a fancy phone system that puts you on hold. When you send a message to that Gmail address, you are just talking directly to us. It keeps things straightforward and avoids a lot of the confusion that happens in bigger companies. We have been doing it this way for a while now and it suits the kind of work we do. It is just about getting the job done without needing a physical address to show off. We might not have a sign on a street corner, but we are always there behind the screen, typing away and keeping things moving as best we can. It is just me and a laptop mostly.
