We’ve known each other for a long time. There’s a lot of chatting while we work, but we get the job done. The first-floor location is handy because we don’t always have to wait for the elevator. Sometimes the parking outside is a bit of a nightmare, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't have any scripted speeches for when people call. We just talk like normal people and see how we can help. It’s a practical approach to business. We’ve stayed in this spot because it’s central and people know where to find us. It’s just our regular workplace where we try to stay organized and helpful to everyone who walks in.
