Anand Cement Enterprises

Our place, Anand Cement Enterprises, is situated right in the Mohali Main Market. We are quite close to Sector 19, which is a busy spot for anyone doing construction or repairs. We deal with cement and building materials every single day. It’s a dusty job, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We’ve been at this location for a long time, watching the market grow around us. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just bags of cement stacked up and a desk where we handle the orders. Most of our customers are locals who are either building a small house or fixing up a shop. We talk to contractors and individual owners alike. Some days the trucks arrive early and we have to move everything quickly before the traffic gets bad in the main market. It can be heavy work, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. We just open up in the morning and stay until the work is done. People know where to find us when they need a few bags or a whole truckload. We try to keep enough stock so nobody has to wait too long. It’s just a straightforward business, really. We know our product and we know the people in this neighborhood. That’s enough to keep us going year after year.
